There is no way that I can see this company becoming a scam. The reason is simple, there is no admin handling money and there are no admin fees ever charged. *The only way you could lose money is by not promoting your link and not getting your 2 referrals.*

*WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I JOIN ZARFUND?*‬
After you join for free you will have 24 hours to make your first donation and upgrade your account. What that means is you need to send 0.03 bitcoin to your upline sponsor. This is approximately about $19. Then from there you are ready to promote your own referral link which you will receive after your donation has been approved. Since there is no central place that your donations go to, refunds are not possible. All donations are given freely and are in no way handled by anyone but the 2 people who are involved.

It helps to think of things as STAGES and LEVELS, with both having separate meanings.

STAGES: the donation that you or your referral gives in order to upgrade to any given STAGE is (.03,.05,0.1,0.2,1.0,2.0)

LEVEL: you or your downlines position in the matrix (1,2,3,4,5,6)
Now here are a few hypothetical situations that may help you to understand.

John is at STAGE 3(because he has made his 0.1 donation) and has his first 3 levels of the matrix filled.

John has a referral on LEVEL 2 of his matrix that wants to upgrade to STAGE 3. That 0.1 donation that John's referral sends will not go to John. It will go to John's immediate upline.

John has a referral on LEVEL 3 of his matrix and wants to upgrade to STAGE 3. John will get that 0.1 donation.

John has a referral on LEVEL 4 of his matrix that wants to upgrade to STAGE 4 (0.2 donation) but John is not at STAGE 4 yet. That 0.2 donation will go to the next highest person in John's upline that is at STAGE 4. John got skipped. John will get that donation in one month because by that time he should be upgraded to at least STAGE 4 the next time that referral makes their own STAGE 4 donation again.
