Bitcoin is open-source; its design is public, nobody owns or controls Bitcoin and everyone can take part. That said, to operate a bitcoin account u need a bitcoin wallet. With a Bitcoin wallet you can send and receive money in BTC and transfer it to your local bank account and withdraw in your local currency.

How to create a bitcoin account 1. Visit https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/
2. Click create account
3. Verification via email
4. Log in to ur bitcoin wallet
5. Click on Recieve
Copy the 34 digit code that's ur account number save it.
